We collect information that you directly provide when using SabziHub:

• Personal Contact Data: Name, 10-digit mobile phone number, email address.
• Delivery Addresses: House/flat number, street name, landmark, area locality, city (Indore), and postal pincode.
• Device & Geolocation: Precise or approximate GPS coordinates when you grant browser location permissions, device tokens for push notifications, browser type, and operating system.
• Order & Transaction Records: Purchased vegetables/fruits, order timestamps, quantities, delivery slot preferences, wallet usage, and invoice amounts.

All digital payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (such as Razorpay and Cashfree).

• To accept, prepare, pack, and deliver fresh mandi produce to your doorstep in your selected delivery slot.
• To send order status updates via SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications (e.g. *Order Packed*, *Out for Delivery*).
• To manage your SabziHub Wallet credits, promotional discounts, and referral rewards.
• To provide live customer support, address feedback, and process doorstep replacement or refund requests.

We strictly do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers. Information is only shared with verified operational partners:

• Delivery Partners: Only your delivery address, recipient name, and contact number are provided to your assigned delivery rider for doorstep fulfillment.
• Service Infrastructure: Secure cloud database (Supabase/PostgreSQL) and SMS gateway providers for authenticating one-time passwords (OTP).

You have the right to inspect, update, or request the deletion of your account and personal data. You can delete your addresses inside your profile or contact our grievance support to permanently remove your records.
