Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User") and SabziHub regarding your access to and use of the SabziHub platform, mobile apps, and fresh produce delivery services in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. To place an order, you agree to provide an authentic 10-digit mobile number, valid delivery address within Indore, and accurate recipient name. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account session.

SabziHub sources fresh produce directly from wholesale farmers and the Mandi at dawn. As fresh fruits and vegetables are natural agricultural products:

• Prices: Displayed prices are transparent daily mandi wholesale rates updated each morning.
• Natural Variance: Individual vegetable weights (e.g. cauliflower head, papaya, watermelon) may have a natural variance of ±5% to 10%. We strive to deliver the most accurate weight possible.

Orders placed on the platform are scheduled for morning delivery in the slot selected by you (e.g. 7:00 – 8:30 AM or 8:30 – 9:30 AM). While we make every endeavor to meet delivery windows, minor delays due to adverse weather or road traffic in Indore may occasionally occur.

We support Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI scanning at doorstep, Online Payment gateways, and SabziHub Wallet credits.

Because fresh produce is sourced specifically for your basket at dawn, orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to the packing window. If cancelled after packing or when out for delivery, a nominal cancellation fee may apply to cover sorting and handling costs.
